ID Medical Group is seeking organised and focused Waiting ListCoordinators for North Wales region to join our dedicated team, working on a key NHS project tosupport patient care across outpatient services in North Wales.
Main duties of the job
We have multiple vacancies available initial contract period will be for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
As part of this important project, you will support the validation of waiting lists across a range of specialities, ensuring patients are appropriately scheduled to receive timely care from specialist teams. Responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and removing duplicate entries
* Updating missing or incomplete information
* Liaising directly with patients to confirm whether appointments are still required
Training on NHS systems will be provided, and you will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication, organisational and IT skills. Previous NHS experience and an understanding of outpatient pathways are highly desirable, though not essential as training is available.

Job responsibilities
ID Medical is seeking organised and focused Waiting List Coordinators to join our dedicated team in supporting a key NHS project aimed at improving patient access to outpatient services across North Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate outpatient waiting lists across various specialities
Identify and remove duplicate patient entries
Update missing or incomplete referral and appointment data
Liaise directly with patients to confirm ongoing care needs and appointment requirements
Work collaboratively with clinical and admin teams to ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident IT user with good attention to detail
Previous NHS or administrative experience is desirable
Understanding of outpatient referral pathways is advantageous
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential
