Logistics Manager – MEP Projects

Up to £80,000 per annum
We are recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a large, complex construction project based close to Bristol.
This is a senior, permanent role offering a salary of up to £80,000, with responsibility for managing all site logistics activities in support of major MEP delivery packages.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site logistics operations for MEP works on a large-scale project
* Develop and implement detailed logistics strategies, plans, and procedures
* Coordinate deliveries, storage, lifting operations, and material flow for MEP packages
* Manage logistics teams, supervisors, and external service providers
* Work closely with project, construction, and commercial teams to support programme delivery
* Ensure compliance with H&S, site rules, and best practice logistics standards
* Manage logistics budgets, resources, and performance
* Liaise with the main contractor and other stakeholders to resolve access and coordination issues
About You
* Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large construction projects
* Strong background working on MEP or building services projects
* Experience managing logistics on complex and large sites
* Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
* Good understanding of construction H&S regulations
* Right to work in the UK
