US Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate/Assistant Manager

We are representing a leading, well-respected Accounting Firm based in Central London. They are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. Salary is negotiable, depending on your experience.
The incumbent will have experience in assisting in the management of portfolio corporate clients.
Duties Include:
* The review of US Corporate and Partnership tax returns along with the associated underlying calculations applying the applicable US tax concepts (some complex)
* Conducting research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients.
* The preparation of budgets.
* Liaising with clients with guidance.
* Conducting research of US tax concepts, with the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge in US tax applicable and following the developments in US taxation including latest technology.
Requirements:
* Current US CPA, Enrolled Agent or similar qualification preferred, or progress towards becoming a US CPA, Enrolled Agent
* Looking for someone with over two years’ experience in corporate or partnership US tax compliance
* Private Equity Fund exposure would be a ‘nice to have’.
* Proficient in Excel and a major tax preparation software required (they are using CCH Axcess)
* Mentoring junior team members
