A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Gloucester is currently seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join their team at the earliest opportunity. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils presenting a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), global developmental delay, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting
A calm, patient and resilient approach to working with children with additional needs
Strong behaviour management strategies and a nurturing mind-set
Good written and spoken English and Maths (minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent)
