An opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Health Care Support Workers within our Orthopaedic Elective/Trauma wards in RAH, Clyde. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HCSW with effective communication skills to join our friendly team. In return we offer ongoing learning opportunities to support your learning and development.
* You will be required to assist us in delivering a high standard of nursing care to a cohort group of Orthopaedic patients for pre‑ and post‑operative scheduled surgery.
* Your role will require problem‑solving skills, good listening skills, and a compassionate nature.
* Preferred experience includes venepuncture, cannulation, and NEWS monitoring; training will be provided by our Practice Educators.
