Travel Required ¦ Full Driving Licence Essential About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join Pilgrims Europe on a 12–18 month maternity cover contract. Based at our Uxbridge office, this role will take ownership of a key retail customer within our frozen meals category, managing a focused portfolio of around 40 SKUs. You will be responsible for driving performance, building strong customer relationships and delivering profitable growth through effective commercial strategy, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys owning an account, analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities, while working closely with marketing, category, supply chain and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Take full commercial ownership of a defined customer account within the frozen meals category. Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 SKUs, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement customer joint business plans to drive profitable growth. Deliver accurate sales forecasting and proactively manage risks and opportunities. Monitor sales performance, margins and promotional effectiveness, providing insight and recommendations. Work closely with marketing, category, supply chain and operations teams to deliver strong customer plans. Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation or category expansion. Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and represent the customer internally across the business. Provide regular updates on account performance, risks and opportunities to senior commercial leadership.
