The site plays a key role in ensuring smooth business operations that enable scientists, engineers, and manufacturing professionals to focus on innovation and production excellence. The Export Shipping Coordinator manages export paperwork and shipment processes for assigned territories, ensuring consignments move on time and meet regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with sales and logistics colleagues to resolve queries, prepare hazardous and non-hazardous documentation, and maintain accurate shipping records. The role requires attention to detail and a practical understanding of international shipping rules.
Prepare and verify export documentation for shipments to EMEA customers
Generate and file transport and customs paperwork, including hazardous goods declarations
Liaise with export sales, freight forwarders and internal teams to meet shipment deadlines
Manage customer inquiries related to shipping timelines, documentation and compliance
Identify process improvements and support cost-saving initiatives in export operations
Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards in all export activities
Proven experience handling export shipments in an international logistics or export customer service role
Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in scientific, pharmaceutical, food or chemical distribution is a plus
