The Role

* Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
* Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and possession claims
* Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients
* Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility
* Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division
* Involvement in interesting, varied and high-quality disputes work from the outset
* Strong support, supervision and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates
The Candidate
* Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification)
* Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation
* Technically sound with good commercial awareness
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Enthusiastic, resilient and keen to develop as part of a team
* Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision
* Keen to learn, grow and take on responsibility early in their career
* A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture
