We're delighted to be working with one of London's independent advertising agencies to help them appoint a new Account Director. This agency have had a great run over the last couple of years with a plethora of new wins coming in the door. Despite this, they remain one of the nicest group of people I have ever worked with in agencyland and their people are always the top priority. The team are a great mix of agency backgrounds and are all passionate about delivering great work and having a good time whilst they do it Work is completely integrated and will include TV, radio, press, print, digital, social, OOH and lots more besides. TV campaigns will be a significant part of the role and strong experience in end-to-end TV campaign management is essential. As an Account Director you'll have all the usual traits that would be expected but above all you'll be passionate about leading a great team to produce great work. A demonstrable track record at respected advertising agencies is essential. You will need to be either at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level at a creative marketing or advertising agency and strong TV experience to be considered for this role.
