Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and reputable law firm in Boston, Lincolnshire. They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.

This role is on a hybrid basis and is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor:
* Managing a full caseload of private client files from instruction through to completion
* Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
* Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters
* Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Deputyship applications
* Providing advice on Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to business development and networking activities
