Overview
SMSTS Site manager – Barnstaple – Rate 25.00 per hour.
We are looking for an experienced SMSTS Site manager to work on a small scale commercial project in Barnstaple for a building and maintenance contractor.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial projects (e.g., schools, hospitals) to ensure work is completed to standard.
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets required quality and safety standards.
* Be organised and manage time effectively to maintain project schedules.
* Ensure all staff on site adhere to health and safety regulations and perform general site management duties as required.
Qualifications
* Black SMSTS certificate.
* First aid trained.
* Full PPE.
* Forklift operation experience would be an advantage.
