Overview
We\'re looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in St Asaph, Denbighshire. You\'ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day cleaning operations. Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of housekeeping and cleaning across offices, laboratories, production, amenity areas, and washrooms in line with client specifications.
* Respond to customer needs promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times.
* Support with kitchen and service area cleanliness, including waste removal, washing up, and stock replenishment.
* Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure all consumables are replenished.
* Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements, reporting hazards or near misses.
* Proven experience in cleaning and/or customer service within a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with customers, clients, and colleagues.
* Good knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards, with high levels of personal hygiene.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
* Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to service excellence, and professional appearance.
* Problem-solving mindset with a positive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
Working hours and pay
* 30 hours per week
* Monday - Friday
* 06:00am till 12:00pm
* £12.21 per hour
