Our client, a prominent organisation in the education sector, is seeking a dedicated Learning Coach (Vocational and SIA Trainer) to join their team working across various sites in Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a caseload of learners and carry out regular learner interventions. Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding, and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely. Engage learners and key stakeholders, providing support, guidance, and learning opportunities. Plan the assessment process with learners and stakeholders, ensuring preparation and practice are included in the learning plan. Inspire and motivate learners, identifying and adapting to any barriers. Motivate and drive learners to achieve their qualifications on time. Embed Maths, English, and Digital Skills within the learning plan. Maintain a positive relationship with stakeholders to ensure progression and generate new leads. Job Requirements: Relevant occupational sector experience and qualifications. Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Level 3 Award in delivery of Conflict Management. Level 3 Award in delivery of Physical Intervention. Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work. At least 2 years of front-line security experience within the last 5 years in the UK.
