With offices in London, New York and Sydney there are opportunities to relocate to any office after 1 year in the company.
They are on the hunt for 5 hungry entry-level individuals to join the team and really set their career up for success. Youll gain exposure to £1 million pound billers in order to hit the ground running and create your own success. We will provide you with all the tools needed in order to be successful and with the right attitude you can become a manager in as little as 3 years if wanted!

The Benefits- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£27k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k

Exceptional commission structure- No threshold and goes all the way up to 40%
WFH opportunities with 3 days in office and 2 days at home
12 week training programme- combining a mixture of on the job learning with classroom sessions directly from founders
The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. It involves:
Job Definition : Defining the role, qualifications, and skills needed.
Sourcing : Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, or referrals.
Screening : Reviewing resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
Interviewing : Assessing candidates through interviews or tests.
Selection : Choosing the best candidate based on fit and qualifications.
Offer and Negotiation : Presenting a job offer and negotiating terms if needed.
Onboarding : Integrating the new hire into the organisation.
The ideal candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated OR a solid amount of sales experience
