Vacancy: Learning Support Assistant – Full Time (Term Time Only) Location: Winchester Salary: £14.20 per hour We are looking for a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist primary school in Winchester, supporting children aged 4–11 with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, in small groups, and around the school. You will help children build confidence, communication skills, independence and emotional regulation within a supportive and structured learning environment.
