As a Sales Enrolment Specialist, you’ll support prospective students throughout their journey to enrol in an online degree—providing guidance, motivation, and practical support from enquiry to payment.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage a pipeline of prospective students, all warm leads, guiding them through application and enrolment
* Understand course offerings and admissions requirements to effectively advise students
* Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and team SLAs
* Engage confidently via phone to build relationships and influence decisions
* Use Salesforce CRM to track conversations, follow-ups, and key actions
* Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and drive enrolment success
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a contact centre, sales environment
* Experience of working in an omni-channel, fast-paced environment, with high outbound call volumes would be beneficial.
* A track record of meeting (or beating) performance targets in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
* Comfortable handling high call volumes with resilience and positivity
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus
* A Bachelor’s degree is a bonus, but equivalent experience is just as valuable
* A self-starter who’s motivated by goals, teamwork, and the chance to make a difference
