You'll be the technical bridge between design, production, and quality, ensuring the company meets stringent aerospace standards while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Technical & Production Support
* Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues quickly and effectively.
* Interpret and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
* Support the introduction of new products (NPI) from design handover through to full-rate production.
* Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
* Take ownership of ad hoc technical projects as required by the Production Technical Director.
