Mode is proud to be partnering with a leading luxury watch brand seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to join its Bond Street boutique. This role offers the opportunity to represent an internationally renowned house within a world-class retail environment, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving commercial performance. The brand continues to perform strongly in the market and can offer long-term development and progression opportunities.
This is a full-time, in-store position based on Bond Street, working closely with the Boutique Manager and wider retail leadership.
The role
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a personalised and memorable in-store experience to a discerning clientele.
* Proactively drive sales targets through expert product knowledge, storytelling and tailored client interactions.
* Develop and manage a client book, nurturing long-term relationships and supporting both new and repeat business.
* Assist with client appointments, private viewings and sales events, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and collections to communicate key selling points with confidence.
* Support after-sales care and client follow-up, coordinating with internal teams where necessary.
* Contribute to visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation, ensuring consistency with luxury retail expectations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives, share best practices and uphold a positive store culture.
* Accurately process sales transactions, documentation and client data in line with internal procedures.
* Provide insights on client trends and feedback to support commercial and operational decision-making.
* Uphold all compliance requirements relating to sales processes, security, stock handling and data protection.
* Represent the brand ethos and values at all times, acting as an ambassador both in and out of the boutique.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior sales or client advisory role within luxury watches
* Strong track record of achieving individual and team sales targets in a luxury environment.
* Excellent clientelling skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth customers.
* Confident communicator with exceptional presentation, storytelling and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong product knowledge and genuine interest in horology or fine craftsmanship.
* Comfortable handling high-value transactions and working with discretion and professionalism.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced boutique setting while maintaining impeccable service standards.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills.
* Collaborative, positive and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to sales opportunities.
* Fluency in additional languages is an advantage but not essential.
* Flexible and reliable, with availability to work retail hours, including weekends where required.
