Hygiene Operative CIP (Nightshift)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hygiene / CIP Operative to join our existing processing team at our dairy in Bridge of Allan. Reporting directly to the Hygiene Manager, you will be entrusted with a high degree of independence and have a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful impact towards our ever-growing business.
Working as part of a team, 5 days over 7, you will systematically work through different areas of the factory cleaning machinery and the area including walls, frameworks and floors maintaining high standards of hygiene and GMP, always ensuring that food safety is not compromised.
Key Responsibilities
* Run CIP (Clean in place cleaning system to clean internal tanks, machine and pipe work)
* Complete hygiene paperwork as required
* Chemical wash production machinery and factory areas
* Disassemble and reassemble machinery to ensure effective cleaning
* Remove waste from production areas
* Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
* Ensure you are wearing the correct PPE at all times.
* Comply with Health and Safety requirements and adhere to HR policies
About you
Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work under your own initiate or as part of a team to meet the standards required. Due to the nature of the role, manual handling is required. COSHH knowledge is advantageous. PPE will be provided, as will full training covering chemical handling, manual handling, and the use of equipment.

Pay: £13.02 per hour
