Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those in SEND provisions.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to support the individual learning needs of students, ensuring academic progress and personal development.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters trust and engagement.
* Encourage resilience and a growth mindset by employing innovative and creative teaching practices that promote student success.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEND specialists, and other staff to create personalised learning plans for students and ensure the best outcomes for all.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management, ensuring positive behaviour and implementing school policies effectively.
* Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and support, contributing to student achievement.
* Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

Requirements
* Qualifications: Must hold QTS status or relevant teaching qualifications.
* Experience: A minimum of 6 months of teaching experience within the UK curriculum (preferably in secondary education).
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Right to Work in the UK and a valid driving license (preferred for this role).
* Checkable 10-year work history with references.
