Key Responsibilities include: * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects. * Manage project finances, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting. * Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations. * Provide expert advice on contractual matters to clients and project teams. * Prepare detailed bills of quantities and material take-offs. * Value completed work and arrange payments to subcontractors. * Mentor junior team members and provide guidance where necessary.
