What you’ll bring
* A self-motivated, results-focused mindset — you’re hungry to achieve and exceed targets
* Confidence communicating with customers from all backgrounds via phone and email
* A natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly
* Proven success in a sales role — whether in telesales, account management, or a customer-focused position
* Experience in telesales or phone-based selling
* Background or interest in Private Medical Insurance (PMI) desirable but not essential!

* Engaging new and existing customers to understand their needs and budgets
* Recommending tailored insurance solutions from top UK providers
* Confidently handling objections and closing sales
