Finance Operations Administrator - WrexhamSalary: Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the Finance Operations Administrator will be the processing and administrative support to the finance function of the bank, with involvement in various monthly accounting processes including the daily processing of payments and reconciliation of the company’s bank accounts, posting of complex general journals and assisting with the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in the trial balance enabling a swift and efficient month end close process and monitoring operational controls. You will be an integral part of the Finance Operations team ensuring compliance with Financial Services regulatory requirements. A can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset is a must, Chetwood has a multi-product balance sheet, every day is varied and all suggestions are welcomed. We’re looking for someone who can identify inefficiencies, challenge the way we do things and assist the team to design improved processes. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring high volume bank reconciliations are performed within regulated and agreed SLA’s, and that accurate record keeping is in place.
