About this opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead fraud management at Lloyds banking, focusing on non-standard fraud analytics within the Consumer Relationships Fraud analytics team. You'll be part of a community dedicated to identifying and preventing economic crime using data-driven solutions, with a focus on emerging fraud detection and response across open banking and business banking sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analytics experts to assess and respond to emerging fraud risks.
* Support development of fraud detection tools.
* Provide authoritative recommendations on fraud issues, supported by data.
* Collaborate with business teams on product launches and payment journey changes to manage fraud risks.
* Monitor and report on fraud performance and trends.
* Assist in meeting fraud risk metrics and managing budgets.
* Identify opportunities for fraud detection investments.
* Manage fraud detection systems and liaise with relevant teams.

* Experience in fraud strategy and detection management.
* Background in data analytics, preferably in fraud management.
* Leadership experience in analytical/data teams.
* Ability to manage workloads and priorities.
* Strong skills in presenting complex data to senior audiences.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
