ABOUT THE ROLE
Being an ambitious and growing company, this new position has been created to be an administration link between the Construction and the Commercials teams. Successful candidates will need to be enthusiastic and organised and be a team player who has that muck in attitude and ability to problem solve.
Job Role:
1. Updating Excel spreadsheets
2. Developing and improving current administration processes
3. Ensuring project paperwork is authorised and completed correctly
4. Resolving paperwork queries and raising issues
5. Composing and sending emails
6. Organising meetings
7. Collaborating closely with our Site Supervisors to ensure project paperwork is complete
8. Assisting with issuing of contracts to our Sub Contractors
9. General office duties – answering the phones etc
REQUIREMENTS
10. Enthusiastic, analytical, and organized, with an eye for detail.
11. Strong verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues
12. Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success.
13. Ability to juggle and prioritise workload
14. Willing to attend our sites when necessary
15. Experience using Excel, Word, WhatsApp.
16. Previous Admin experience
