Position Summary:
As the Assistant Front of House Manager, you will lead the Front of House team, including Concierge & Reception, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service at Scotland’s iconic hotel. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership and guest service skills in a prestigious environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive attitude towards customer service
* Friendly and approachable demeanor
* Leadership and team motivation skills
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Experience in a luxury hotel Front of House role
* Professional presentation
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Passion for guest satisfaction
* Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus
Experience with computerised reservations, especially Opera, is advantageous.

* Experience in a similar management role
* Leadership skills and team spirit
* Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
