The ideal candidate will analyse project plans, prepare detailed estimates, and support the sales and operations teams in delivering competitive proposals. Key Responsibilities: * Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements for doors and windows. * Calculate material, labour, and subcontractor costs specific to door and window installations. * Source quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain records of estimates, proposals, and project costs. * Identify opportunities to optimise costs while maintaining quality. * Assist in preparing bids and client proposals. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator in the door, window, or related construction trade. * Strong understanding of materials, installation processes, and labour costs. * Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. * Proficient with estimating software and MS Office. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
