Overview
Our client, an established Estate Agent, is seeking a Sales Negotiator.
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 pa based on age and any transferable skills
OTE: £35,000 - £50,000 pa
Benefits: 20 days leave + BH, pension, petrol expenses, ongoing training
Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday; Saturday 9am-5pm; Bank Holiday 9am - 4pm; Set day off in week, Sunday off
Location: Strood
Extra earning potential (not included in the OTE): all team members can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors' income, Google reviews, and referral of listings and lettings business. Gaining a 5 Star Google review equates to £10 bonus.
Please note candidates must drive and have their own car.
Responsibilities
* Drive property sales through vendor care, effective communication, and strong sales skills.
* Manage client relationships, meet targets, and contribute ideas to enhance the business.
Qualifications
* Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills to understand and address client needs, build rapport, and provide exceptional service.
* Sales & Negotiation: Confidence in negotiating offers, meeting targets, and managing personal performance through spreadsheets and reports.
* Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office, company CRM, and portal data extraction. Ability to use AI tools to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
* Time Management: Disciplined approach to managing diaries, tasks, and deadlines while working efficiently under pressure.
* Communication: Professional telephone and email etiquette, with accurate message-taking and reporting skills.
* Innovation: Ability to introduce creative ideas and leverage platforms like TikTok and WhatsApp Business to enhance business visibility.
