We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator to support our Marketing Team. The role is heavily focused on creating content for our website and social channels, as well as playing an integral part in coordinating our customer communications.
You'll demonstrate a creative approach to everything you do, from generating ideas to solving problems. As a confident social media user with up-to-date knowledge on how to use and execute campaigns across channels, you'll feel comfortable working to tight deadlines, networking across departments to create the content we need.
The role will cover lots of ground, quite literally – capturing and communicating activity in all corners of the estate, from our gardeners and butchers, to our blacksmiths and chefs.
Hours of work
Three days per week (must include Wednesdays and Thursdays).
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years ' Day & Easter Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our Head of Marketing and wider team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
* Develop creative ideas for both print and digital marketing materials
* Plan, shoot and schedule content for our social channels, including responding to customer comments and messages
* Coordinate seasonal content creator programmes to support our social media marketing
* Organise, design and coordinate the production of printed marketing materials
* Support and assist in delivering our customer email marketing, producing engaging email content
* Write and edit press releases
* Liaise effectively and establish good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and printers
* Conduct competitor research and analyses
What we're looking for
* 5+ years experience in a marketing role
* Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and proven experience in creating short-form video and image content for social media
* Experience of adapting material for various purposes, platforms and audiences
* Good organisational skills required to prioritise tasks and plan ahead, as well being flexible to adapt to immediate changes or requirements
* Qualifications are not essential but proven skills must be evidenced
* Experience utilising Canva, Mailchimp and Wordpress would be an advantage
