On behalf of the Home Office, Serco manages the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the Midlands and East of England. We focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation. As a member of our Gas team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-quality service. Your responsibilities will include reactive maintenance of gas appliances, performing Landlord's safety certificates, and planned maintenance of gas appliances.

Therefore, we offer a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, along with a company vehicle and all necessary tools. To be considered for the role you will need the below qualifications
* ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1 CKR1 and CENWAT
* Full Driving Licence
* Ability to manage time and workload
