Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team in our Disking IT division, based in Hampshire. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to provide outstanding managed IT solutions & security services to our clients. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
* Troubleshoot networking problems and assist with VPN configurations.
* Respond to customer inquiries via help desk channels.
* Maintain documentation of technical processes and solutions.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
* Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
* Stay updated on new technologies relevant to our services.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting techniques.
* Experience in providing technical support or IT support.
* Strong knowledge with Microsoft 365 Azure, Entra & Application Suite
* Familiarity with desktop support practices and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication.
* Knowledge of help desk software
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
