Pensions Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to join a leading UK pensions consultancy. You’ll manage a portfolio of occupational pension schemes, act as the main client contact, and deliver high-quality pensions management and scheme secretarial services.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Lead client relationships and scheme secretarial appointments.
2. Manage pension scheme governance, compliance, and risk management.
3. Oversee projects, adviser relationships, and service delivery.
4. Monitor budgets and financial performance.
5. Drive service improvements and support business development activities.
6. Mentor and support colleagues where required.
About You – you will have:
7. Strong pensions industry experience, including occupational pension schemes.
8. Excellent knowledge of pension legislation, governance, and compliance.
9. Experience managing clients, projects, and multiple priorities.
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Good budget management experience.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
