Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable Back of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment by supporting front-of-house activities through efficient food preparation, cleanliness, and organisation. Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and storage areas
* Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after use
* Support front-of-house staff with timely delivery of orders and stock replenishment
* Follow all hygiene standards to ensure food safety and quality
* Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and restocking supplies
* Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times to create a safe working environment
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar back of house or kitchen role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations is desirable
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: £12.21-£17.14 per hour
