Job Description
* Managing and overseeing construction projects within the Public Sector.
* Part 35 compliant experience
* Expert witness experience
* Court attendance experience
* Assessing and managing risks associated with construction projects.
* Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and guidelines.
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure project specifications are met.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on construction matters.
* Conducting regular site inspections and audits.
* Preparing and presenting detailed reports on project status.
* Resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Surveyor should have:
* A recognised qualification in surveying or construction.
* RICS Accredited / qualified
* Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines in construction.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
* Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed reports.
