About the Role As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you’ll carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across Abri homes and communal areas. Your work will include carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and other multiskilled trade duties—always completed to a high, compliant standard. You will delivering excellent customer service, ensuring jobs are completed safely, professionally, and often first time. You’ll also use mobile technology to record your work, manage van stock, and order materials through our approved suppliers. Key Responsibilities Carry out carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and general maintenance to a multiskilled standard. Work to building regulations, best practice, and Abri policies at all times.
