We are pleased to announce an incredible opportunity to join Phoenix Group as an Investment Operations Analyst in the Investment Operations team, part of the Asset Management function. This role is a parental cover FTC until 31st Jan 2026.
Salary and Benefits

Role Context
Our Investment Operations team manages around 2,000 funds with over 9,000 pricing series, overseeing fund accounting, unit pricing, trade placement, and customer data maintenance.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a busy team during a 6-month period, supporting daily tasks related to unit pricing, validating movements, and assisting with monthly/quarterly stakeholder reporting. You will need to be organized, dependable, and attentive to risks and controls.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing validation – ensuring prices and movements align with the market.
2. File processing – uploading pricing files and data timely.
3. Oversight of outsourced activities – ensuring suppliers meet standards and deadlines.
4. Risk and Control – supporting operational, finance processes, and controls.
5. Account opening and compliance – assisting with account setup and ongoing compliance at the Transfer Agency.
6. Reporting – supporting monthly and quarterly stakeholder reports.
Minimum Requirements
Experience / Knowledge
* Experience in Financial Services, preferably in investment fund operations, with understanding of Unit Linked and With-Profit funds (training provided if needed).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, including macros.
