About the role: To be responsible for and assist in the management of Adult Social Care legal services to the Council. About you: • Vulnerable Adult legal practise • Experience of providing leadership, guidance and support to colleagues and the legal team to enable effective decision making. • An excellent track record of building internal and external relationships which deliver. • Experience of establishing and maintaining a strong and effective performance culture that is responsive and customer focused. • Experience of leading and delivering change and service improvement that promotes improved outcomes for the Council. What you will do: To ensure that robust and effective legal advice and assistance is provided to the Adult Service Team and ensuring representation for the Council in Courts, Tribunals, Inquiries, Hearings and negotiations At Powys County Council, we believe great work starts with balance.
