Requirements:

Qualifications: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or significant experience in a similar educational role.

Experience: Proven track record of supporting pupils within a UK primary school setting.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills suitable for an academic environment.

Adaptability: The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt support techniques to meet diverse learning styles.

Compliance: Possession of a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to undergo a new check.
