Roles and Responsibilities
* Act as a true brand ambassador and lead the team by example.
* Nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to drive sales and build lasting loyalty to the brand.
* Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
* Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
* Operationally manage an efficient back‑of‑house team and ensure consistency with established procedures.
* Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitors and customer preferences.

* Proven experience within retail at a management level.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high‑performing team.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
