Role Responsibilities
* Supporting the planning and delivery of learning opportunities aligned with the EYFS
* Building strong relationships with key children and their families
* Recording observations and contributing to assessments
* Assisting with personal care routines, hygiene and mealtimes
* Encouraging children's curiosity, confidence and social development
* Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards
Experience & Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualification
* Experience supporting children aged 0-5
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
* A warm, patient and positive attitude
* Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
