Responsibilities:
* Providing 1st Line technical support to clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Logging all service tickets
* Responding to technical issues in a timely manner and escalating where necessary
* Prioritizing and managing my own workload to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
* Providing strong customer service to all clients and building good working relationships with customers
* Setting up laptops, PCs, mobile phones, and user accounts

Please note, as the role's location requires commuting, you must drive and have your own transport. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, office-based.
