Person Specification: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and experience in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons. * Ability to assess and track pupil progress effectively, tailoring teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners. * Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and focused learning environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. * A passion for teaching and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
