Shifts: includes sleep ins, working on a 3 week rolling rota, the shift pattern allows a 4 day weekend every 3 weeks

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
The Lake district and Wales are within travelling distance for days out. The shift pattern allows a 4 day weekend every three weeks.
We currently have four young people, three are older and independent, polite and welcoming of everyone. The teams are very supportive of each other and put our young people at the heart of everything they do. We have monthly team meetings to discuss practice and for training sessions as well as supervisions throughout the month. Each young person has a keyworker to support them.
