About the role:
1. £13.26 per hour
2. Casual on call (approx 15 per week)

5. Location: Waveney Community Centre

What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Be the primary key holder for designated community centre(s) as and when required. This will include ensuring that the premises are opened and secured in a timely manner, as directed by the DEA Officer.
8. Responsible for the security of the Centre, in co-operation with the DEA Officer and to control access to all parts of the buildings and responding to all call-outs.
9. Be present on site and provide cover for bookings/activities in line with health and safety requirements as indicated by the DEA Officer.
10. Ensure that all areas of the Centre, including associated facilities, are kept in a secure clean and hygienic condition and complete weekly cleaning schedules including the removal of litter or graffiti from the outside of the building on a weekly basis.
11. Use all equipment and substances in a safe and proper manner according to instruction.
What you'll need for this role:
12. A minimum of 6 months’ experience in operating facilities to include cleaning and security duties.
13. Applicants must have a minimum of Entry Level Essential Skills qualifications in Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy.
14. Experience dealing with members of the public and queries
15. Experience of undertaking administrative duties within a customer focused environment.
