Purpose: Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join our Salisbury store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.61 plus non-contractual sales commission.
Our Sales Assistants / Key Holders play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 16 hours per week.
Ideal candidate qualities include energy, drive, passion for retail, positive attitude, teamwork skills, stamina, and ability to work calmly under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Open & close the store as required.
* Manage store keys responsibly.
* Assist customers with product information and service.
* Process sales transactions at the till.
* Promote and recommend complementary products.
* Work with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Replenish stock and process deliveries promptly.
* Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
