Responsibilities
* Managing up to 150 customer accounts
* Developing existing business
* Onboarding new customers
* Reactivating lapsed accounts
* Identifying upselling opportunities
* Creating quotations
* Promoting digital tools and marketing campaigns
* Collaborating with Key Account Managers and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
* Sales or customer service experience
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
* Based in or near Corby
