The Manchester team is expanding and they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys a broad workload, meaningful client relationships and real influence over how projects are delivered.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering building surveys, inspections and technical advice across commercial and public sector portfolios
* Managing projects from instruction to completion, including contract administration
* Advising clients on dilapidations, defects and asset performance
* Working on refurbishments, reinstatement and listed building schemes
* Building long-term client relationships and contributing to team growth

* Chartered or close to chartered Building Surveyor
* Consultancy or property-focused background
* Strong across surveys, dilapidations and project delivery
* Confident working independently while being a team player
* Client-focused, organised and commercially aware
