About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving sales across all areas of the business. If you have experience coordinating great teams in hospitality or catering, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in high-volume, food-led establishments—ideally with letting rooms and a focus on weddings and events. You’ll be a strong team leader, dedicated to training and developing your staff, inspiring the next generation of managers.
