This is a career development opportunity for an experienced care professional to step into complex care and develop specialist clinical skills. The role involves supporting a client with complex needs including learning disabilities and autism across Bradford and surrounding areas.
The Complex Care Assistant will receive full specialist training to confidently support with chest physiotherapy, gastrostomy care, non invasive ventilation, oral & tracheal suctioning, cough assist, tracheostomy care, and oxygen therapy.

Responsibilities
* Support clients with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism
* Provide chest physiotherapy and gastrostomy care
* Assist with non invasive ventilation, oral & tracheal suctioning, cough assist, tracheostomy care, and oxygen therapy
* Perform other clinical duties as required by the care team
Requirements
* Basic care experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Motivation to learn, develop clinical skills, and build a long‑term career in complex care
Location and Hours
Bradford & surrounding areas. Pay: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour. Part‑time with various day & night shifts.
