We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our clients with complex needs across several care packages.
Pay and Hours
Pay: £14.42 - £16.17 per hour weekdays, £15.45 - £17.25 per hour weekends; 40 hours per week.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting three male clients, each having complex clinical needs due to brain or spinal injury. Your role includes care for bowel/catheter care, manual handling/mobility support, pressure area care, autonomic dysreflexia, challenging behaviour, neuro fatigue, memory issues and seizures. You will provide physical and emotional support, helping them live life fully.

* Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personalised routines, including use of hoists
* Support with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Maintain accurate care records and report any changes
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
